- We will send you a text and email notifications to both your old and new email addresses when you have updated your email address online.
- We continuously monitor our customers’ accounts for unusual activity. Where we are concerned about an instruction we received or a payment being made on your account, we may contact you using the most up to date registered phone number on our record to verify. This may require you to respond and confirm. To safeguard the money on your account, we may decline or delay processing of your payment until we receive a response from you.
