Our Purpose
We collect and process your personal data in order to provide our services, to help us understand your circumstances and any practical needs that we might be able to help with by making adjustments to support your banking needs. Some of the information we collect is sensitive personal data (also known as special categories of data). In particular, we may process personal data that relates to your health, such as your medical history.
If we use sensitive personal data, we will usually do so on the legal basis that it is in the wider public interest or in some cases, that we have obtained your permission. We will request you to complete the Special Category Data Consent Form before doing so. If you give us personal information about someone else (such as a joint applicant), you should do so with their permission and you must ensure they are made aware of the content of this Form.
