Personal Cyberbanking

Cyberbanking is the online banking service offered by BEA that allows you to access your accounts anytime, anywhere.

Cyberbanking is free and is available to all of our personal customers. You will be able to access all solely and jointly owned accounts.

We are committed to making your online experience as safe as possible. Cyberbanking employs the latest security technology to ensure that your personal information and privacy is protected. All information sent between your browser and our bank over the internet is encrypted.

 

Scope of Services:

  • View account balances and past transaction activities
  • View/download statements issued from January 2021 onwards
  • View a summary of fixed time deposit contracts held
  • Create new fixed time deposit contracts or amend existing fixed time deposit maturity instruction
  • Transfer funds between accounts held in your name
  • Exchange money from one currency account to another
  • Make domestic/overseas payments with i-Token service**
  • Make express remittances to pre-registered BEA HK accounts**
  • View a summary of direct debit instructions
  • Update contact details, including email and mailing address
  • Set up username
  • Order cheque books, paying-in books, and certificates of deposit interest
  • Make account-related enquiries

* If logging in via SMS One-Time Password (“OTP”), payments are restricted to pre-registered payees only. To enjoy the new payment features, customer must register and enroll for the use of i-Token through the BEA UK App. Click here for the functions accessible via i-Token and SMS OTP.

Mobile Banking

The Mobile Banking Service provides you another channel through which you can access our UK Cyberbanking Service using a mobile device (BEA UK App).

You can enjoy the following services of Mobile Banking via our BEA UK App:

  • View account balance and make transaction enquiries*
  • View/download statements online issued from January 2021 onwards
  • Make domestic/overseas payments with i-Token service**
  • Manage payees
  • Transfer funds between your own accounts
  • Schedule future date transfers/payments
  • View and amend scheduled transfers/payments
  • Make cross-currency transfers
  • Change PIN
  • View/create/amend fixed time deposits
  • View summary of direct debit instructions
  • View Webmail messages

* Transactions from the last 3 months can be displayed.

** If logging in via SMS One-Time Password (“OTP”), payments are restricted to pre-registered payees only.
