BEA UK MyCard app

BEA UK MyCard app is available to download now from Apple App Store or Google Play*. To enrol, please download the app from the respective app stores and follow the on-screen enrolment process.

Read on for more information, including the ‘’3D Secure’’ function that will provide you with greater security when you shop online. This function will be available from 10 February 2020.

Keeping your online shopping secure is our priority. When you shop at an online merchandiser that adopts the same protocol as Visa Inc. (i.e. ‘’ 3D Secure’’), your mobile phone will receive a notification for you to validate the transaction details. This means your purchase is protected with an extra layer of security.

Our BEAUK My Card app is available for free on both the App Store and the Google Play by simply searching for ‘’BEA UK MyCard’’. Alternatively, click on the badges below and go straight to app download:

Activate your app


Activating your app is easy. If you are a BEAUK VISA Debit Card user and have your mobile number registered with BEAUK, follow the instruction you see on your device screen.

Device Screen
Here are the steps:

  1. Enter your date of birth and mobile number that matches with our records.
  2. The app will generate a secure reference on screen.
  3. Contact our service hotline on +44 (0)20 7208 3818 and quote the secure reference generated. Once we confirm your verification please ensure you click “confirm verification” on your device.
  4. Your mobile phone will then receive an activation code which is a One-Time Passcode in the form of a text message.


After completing the above steps, you may start using the app and create your personal code or set up biometric authentication (e.g. fingerprint Face ID) for future login.
