Mobile App Terms of Use

Licence for BEAUK Mobile Application (the "Licence")


We hereby grant to you a non-transferable Licence to use the BEAUK Mobile Application (the "App") subject to the following obligations and/or restrictions. This include future updates made available to you from time to time provided you understand such updates may be subject to additional terms notified to you at the time such update is made available.

  • you may only use the App on a mobile device that belongs to you or under your control;
  • you may only use the App to access a range of content provided by us and for no other purpose whatsoever;
  • the App is licensed only to you and you shall not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App to any other person;
  • you shall not copy, re-engineer or reproduce the whole or any part of the App;
  • you shall not alter or modify the whole or any part of the App;
  • all rights granted to you in respect of the App shall immediately cease when you uninstall the App.


The App is provided "as is" with no representation, guarantee or warranty of any kind as to its functionality.

 

Use of Location Data


The Branch Locator function will use location based services to provide the location of our branches and, if you give your consent, your own location. By using this service, we, Apple and/or Google may receive data about your location from your mobile device (e.g. GPS signals) or data that can be used to approximate your location. The location data collected will not be in a form that personally identifies you.

 

Termination of Licence


The Licence shall commence upon your acceptance of the Licence or when you install the App (whichever occurs earlier) and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the following clause or otherwise in accordance with the Licence.

The Licence will terminate automatically if you uninstall the App, or fail to comply with any term or condition of the Licence. Upon termination of the Licence for any reason whatsoever, you must uninstall the App and destroy all copies, in full or partial, of the App.

 

Acceptance of Licence


You will be deemed to have accepted the terms of the Licence by installing the App on your mobile phone.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

These terms are only available in English.
