Chip and PIN
Our card is issued with Chip and PIN to protect you against fraud. For security reasons, you will receive your PIN notification separately from your card if this is your first new card. If this is a replacement card or renewal card, you can continue to use your current PIN (unless advised otherwise).
Changing Your PIN
You may change the PIN to a memorable 4-digit number of your choice at any participating ATMs displaying the Visa logo in the UK. Simply insert your card into the ATM and follow the instructions on the screen.
Unlocking Your PIN
If you enter your PIN incorrectly several times at ATMs or retailers, your PIN will be ‘locked’ to protect your card against unlawful use.
If you forget your PIN, please contact our Visa Debit Card Customer Services on +44 (0)20 7208 3818 to request a new one.
